相转变-微波法制备均分散α-Fe_2O_3胶体粒子 被引量:14

摘要 用相转变-微波法制备了均分散α-Fe2O3胶体粒子。实验表明,采用微波辐照并加入CFAB表面活性剂,可在较短时间内,制备出均分散的α-Fe2O3胶体粒子。所得粒子呈均分散的假立方体,比常法制得的粒子小,产率高。讨论了微波辐照和不同的表面活性剂对粒子形状的影响,得出CTAB阳离子表面活性剂有利于均分散α-Fe2O3假立方体的形成。用时间分辨TIM和FTIR对粒子的形成过程进行了研究,认为在粒子成长过程中相转变是关键步骤。 The uniform colloidal particles of α-Fe2O3 were prepatal by method of phase transition-microwave irradiation in presence of surfactant. It was shown that the aging period isvery shorter than that of conventional method through added CTAB surfactant in microwaveirradiation. In this way the final particles appeared uniform colloidal pseudocube shape andthe productivity of the particles are higher than that of general method. So the industryprospect is good. The influence of microwave irradiation, kind of surfactant and concentration ofthe system on the shape and she of particles were discussed, the formation process of the particles was also studied using time resolved TEM and FTIR. It was concluded that CTAB cationsurfactant is favourable to form the uniform colloidal pesudocube particles and the phasetransfortmation is a key step in the formation of particles.
