摘要
1999年后,我国研究生招生规模迅速扩大,科类结构也处于不断的变动和调整之中,使得上世纪80年代重自然科学轻人文社会科学、重应用学科轻基础学科的倾向有所改变。在高等教育扩招过程中,由于重视以硕士为主的专业学位研究生教育,研究生科类结构出现了层次结构的错位。要扭转这一局面,应当反思科类结构调整的价值哲学和工具合理性,反思政策是否合乎教育内部规律。
After 1999,the scale of graduate education increased rapidly and the disciplinary structure had constant changes and adjustments in our country.In 1980s,the inclination of more focus on natural sciences than Humanities and Social Sciences and more focus on application discipline than basic discipline had been changed.In the process of higher education expansion,because of the master's professional degree becoming more and more important,level structure disorder has appeared in the discipline structures of graduates.To change this situation,we should reflect on the value philosophy and tool rationality of disciplinary structure adjustment,and think over whether policy is compliance with educational internal law.
