摘要
家庭教育、学校教育与社会教育构成了塑造人的完整教育体系。现代家庭教育具有的涉及公共利益的属性,使家庭教育立法具备了可能性与合理性。目前台湾家庭教育在理论与实践诸方面都呈现出良好的发展态势且形成了一定的特色。本文对台湾地区《家庭教育法》的内涵进行解读,以期对于推动我国大陆地区家庭教育事业的法制化、科学化、规范化进程有所借鉴。
Family education,school education and social education constitute a complete education system of shaping a person.The modern family education has the property of social activities with the public interest,which makes the legislation of family education possible and rational.Currently,family education in Taiwan has a good development in the theoretical and practical aspects with appropriate characteristics.Through the interpretation of the connotation of Family Education Law in Taiwan,we hope that it has important theoretical value and practical significance to promote the legal,scientific and standardized processes of family education performance in Chinese Mainland.
