高职院校担负着为社会培养应用型人才的重任,本文基于高职院校人才培养内涵的分析,提出校企合作人才培养的实现途径,实现高职院校人才培养与企业需求之间的"无缝对接"。

Higher vocational colleges undertake the responsibility of training applied talents for society.Based on the connotation of talents training of higher vocational college,this paper puts forward the path of college-enterprise cooperation for training talents,and that it is imperative to achieve the seamless connection of higher vocational college＇ talents training and enterprise needs.
