摘要
目的:探讨产褥期产妇住院期间对健康教育的需求程度并提出相应对策。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对1 382例产褥期产妇住院期间健康教育情况进行调查。结果:本组产妇健康教育实施前后掌握产褥期知识情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:产褥期开展个性化、多样性和有针对性的健康教育,可帮助其顺利度过产褥期。
Objective： To investigate the level of demand of puerperal parturient for health education during hospitalization and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods： The self - designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on 1382 puerperal parturient to learn the situation of heahh education during hospitalization. Results：The comparison of parturient~ awareness and understanding of relative knowledge about puerperium health care was significantly different before and after the implementation of health education （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The personalized, diversified and targeted health education in puer- perium can help parturient pass through puerperium safely.
