HPLC法测定血塞通胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1和三七皂苷R1的含量

HPLC Determination of Xuesaitong Capsules Ginsenoside Rg1,Rb1 and the Content of Notoginsenoside R1

建立血塞通胶囊中人参皂苷含量测定的方法。采用ZORBAXEclipseXDB-C18（4.6×150 mm5,μm）色谱柱;流动相为乙腈∶水（20∶80）,流速：1.0 mL/min;梯度洗脱;检测器波长2：03nm。R1在0.3~3.0μg（r=0.999 9,n=6）,Rg1在1.28~12.8μg（r=0.999 4,n=6）,Rb1在1.32~13.2μg（r=0.999 4,n=6）范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率R1：100.53%,RSD：1.65%;Rg1：97.69%,RSD：2.05%;Rb1：98.08%,RSD：1.59%。该方法简便快捷、分离效果好,可作为产品的质量控制方法。

To establish a Xuesaitong capsules ginsenoside determination method.ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6×150 mm,5μm）column;mobile phase： acetonitrile：water（20∶80）,flow rate：1.0 mL /min;gradient elution;detector wavelength：203 nm.R1： 0.3 ~ 3.0 μg（r = 0.999 9,n = 6）,Rg1：1.28~12.8μg（r = 0.999 4,n = 6）,Rb1： 1.32~13.2 μg（r = 0.999 4,n = 6）were used.The results were within the framework of a good linear relationship,with an average recovery rate：R1： 100.53 %,RSD：1.65 %;Rg1：97.69 %,RSD：2.05 %;Rb1：98.08 %,RSD：1.59 % respectively.The method is simple and fast,effective for the separation,as the product of the quality control method.
