摘要
聚合反应釜是氟橡胶生产过程中的主体设备,反应釜温度是整个系统中最重要的被控变量之一,由于含氟单体聚合反应过程反应机理十分复杂,用常规的控制方法很难取得满意的控制效果。采用无模型自适应(MFA)控制技术,结合氟橡胶生产工艺的特点,分析含氟单体聚合反应的过程特性,设计开发出聚合反应釜温度MFA控制系统,并进行了MFA控制系统工程实施,获得了满意的控制效果。
The polymerization reactor is a main unit in the fluoroelastomer product line, where the reactor temperature is the most important control variable. However it is hard to achieve satisfactory reactor temperature control performance by the traditional control method, as the polymeric chemical reaction of the fluorine-containing monomers is very complex. The MFA control system of polymeric reactor temperature has been developed and applied based on the model-free adaptive (MFA) control technology, the characteristics of fluoroelastomer production process and analyzing process of the polymerization reaction characteristics of the fluorine-containing monomers. It has achieved satisfied control effect.
