摘要
论文报道了水溶液中芳醛和5-取代二吡咯甲烷缩合,选择性合成meso-5,10,15-不同取代四吡咯烷的研究。考察了芳醛与5-取代二吡咯甲烷的投料比、盐酸浓度、反应时间对反应的影响,结果表明,控制合适的反应时间,通过简单的过滤或萃取、柱层析分离可以得到中等产率的纯的meso-5,10,15-不同取代四吡咯烷,用核磁和高分辨质谱对化合物的结构进行了鉴定。
In this paper,we report the efficient and Selective Synthesis of Bilanes Bearing up to Three Meso-5,10,15-Substituents in Aqueous by acid-catalyzed(HCl) condensations of aromatic aldehydes with 2 equivalents of 5-substituted dipyrromethanes at room temperature.We investigate several factors that affect the condensation reaction,which include hydrochloric acid concentration,reaction time,substrate of aromatic aldehydes with 5-substituted dipyrromethanes molar ratio.The result shows that the moderate yields of Bilanes can be isolated by simple filtration or extraction and flash chromatography under Appropriate reaction time control.The products were characterized By NMR and HRMS.
