摘要
通过应用数学分析工具并结合转子定量给料机的数学模型,对物料的流量及其稳定性与称重传感器测量值的关系进行了讨论和分析计算。得出结论为:转子定量给料机内物料的总重量及流量与称重传感器测量值之间存在非线性关系,冲料及断料对转子定量给料机的瞬时流量及物料的累积量的计量精度有较大影响,从而直接影响到转子定量给料机的配料精度,为正确使用转子定量给料机提供了初步的理论依据。
By applied mathematics and combined with the mathematics model of dosing rotor weighfeeder, the relation between material flow stability and the sensor's value was discussed and analysed. The conclusion are that there is a non-linear relationship between the material weight & flux and the sensor's measured value, and the measure precision of instantaneous and accumulative flux affeeled greatly by material surge and break as well as the proportioning pereision of closing rotor weigh[eeder, which offers theory basis for proper operation of dosing rotor weighfeeder.
