摘要
详细讨论了原料成分及其计算基准在配料计算中的作用,由此得到省略烧失量的生料配料的计算方法——代数配料法和试凑递减配料法及其相关计算公式;以三种普通物料的典型的配料体系的配料计算为例,演示了这两种方法;其结果表明,省略烧失量的这二种方法是可行的,能满足生产要求,且省去了烧失量的检测时间与检测成本。
The effect of raw material component and the calculating basis in blending calculation was discussed in detail, and the calculation methods eliding the loss on ignition of raw material blending Algebraic proportioning method and trial & error degression method were educed. And the two methods were demonstrated by the blending calculation of a typical three-raw-material proportion system. The results show that the two methods are feasible and can meet the production requirements which will save (he detecting time and cost of the loss on ingnition.
