摘要
烧结烟气脱硫灰是采用半干法对烧结烟气脱硫处理后的副产品,其主要成分是CaSO3·1/2H2O。介绍了烧结烟气脱硫灰用作矿渣水泥缓凝剂的实验研究,通过将脱硫灰与天然石膏按不同比例配合后掺入矿渣水泥进行实验。结果表明:脱硫灰能延长矿渣水泥的凝结时间,对矿渣水泥的胶砂力学强度具有一定的激发作用;当脱硫灰与天然石膏配比为1∶1,在矿渣水泥中的总掺入量为4%时,激发效果最好;采用脱硫灰作缓凝剂生产的矿渣水泥的各项性能均达到国标要求。
Sintering flue gas desulfurized ash is the residues of semi-dry sintering flue gas desulfurization process, in which the main component is CaSO3·1/2H2O. The experiment of mixing sintering flue gas desulfurized ash and natural limestone at different proportion to act as slag cement retarder was introduced. The results show as follows: desulfurized ash can prolong the setting time of BF slag cement and morover it has some excitation effect for the strength of BF slag cement, and when the proportion is 1 : 1 and the adding rate of retarder in BF slag cement is 4%, the excitation effect become the best, and the performance index of the produced BF slag cement reaches the national stardard.
