摘要
对经营失败的跨国企业来讲,文化冲突往往是导致其失败的主要原因,文化冲突源于文化差异。本文剖析了中西文化差异中易引起跨国企业内产生文化冲突的因素,进而提出了文化整合是跨国企业管理的首要原则,并阐述了文化整合的实质内含及实施策略。
cultural conflict is usually the main cause of business failure for transnational enterprises.This paper analyzed the factors of easily causing cultural conflict within the transnational enterprises,and put forward that cultural integration is the primary principle of transnational enterprise management.Furthermore,it elaborated the connotation and implementation strategies of cultural integration.
