Thinking of Enterprise Group's Capital Centralized Management

近几年来,我国企业集团资金集中管理模式有了很大的改善和发展,但与国外大型企业集团相比,无论是管理方法、控制手段和风险防范等都存在着明显的差距和不足,这些差距和不足制约了我国企业集团向国际化迈进的进程。本文通过对我国企业集团资金集中管理存在问题的分析,提出相应的对策和措施。

In recent years the capital centralized management mode has been improved and developed a lot in China.However compared with the foreign enterprise groups,the management mode,the controlling methods,ways of risk prevention in China still have a long way to go,which prevented the process of our globalization.The article analyzes the problems in our capital centralized management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
