科研管理的成绩在科技统计中,科技统计的作用在科研管理上。本文探讨了如何做好高校的科技统计工作,使其为高校的科研发展起到指导和监督作用。
The performance of scientific research management is reflected in sci-tech statistics,and the role of sci-tech statistics lies in the scientific research management.This paper discussed how to do the work of sci-tech statistics well in colleges and universities,so as to guide and supervise the scientific research development of colleges and universities.
