摘要
对传统PID控制和动态矩阵控制(DMC)进行分析,设计了一种基于DMC算法和经典PID算法相结合的串级液位控制算法,并在S7-300 PLC上实现上述控制算法。仿真和实验结果表明,该算法具有较强的自适应性、鲁棒性、跟踪性,控制效果优于传统的PID控制。
This paper presents a kind of cascade water level control algorithm based on combination the classical PID algorithm with the DMC algorithm through analyzing the conventional PID control and the DMC control.The algorithm is implemented on S7-300 PLC.The results from the simulation and experiment indicate that the effect of this cascade DMC-PID algorithm is much better in adaptation,robustness and tracing than the conventional PID control.
