摘要
针对高校电机教学实验中三相异步电机机械特性不稳定区不易测试的难点,对转速基于闭环控制的三相异步电机特性测试系统进行新的设计。该设计运用模糊控制算法,来实现实验台转矩的数字化控制,从而完成感应电机特性不稳定区的人工智能化测试。实验表明,新测试系统符合异步电机实验要求,并为全新智能化电机测试平台的开发提供依据。
The article presents a new design for induction motor measurement which based on speed loop,to solve the difficulties that the induction motor characteristics of unstable areas difficult to test in the university teaching experiments.The design of fuzzy control technology to build digital algorithm to achieve the measurement digital control,thus completing the induction motor characteristics of unstable areas of artificial intelligence-based testing.The results show that the new measurement meets the test requirements of induction motor,and provide a new direction for the intelligent motor test platform development.
