随着电力咨询设计企业不断向工程公司转型,开展大规模多人协同设计工作,实现项目管理、设计过程管理和设计成果管理相融合成为关键问题。文章将PLM平台应用到电力咨询设计企业的协同过程中,对该系统构成、架构等内容进行了设计,并通过系统实现有效验证了PLM平台在电力咨询设计企业的有效性。

With the process of transforming to engineering company,carrying out large-scale collaborative design work,realizing the combination of project management,design process management and the design results management is the key problem.This paper applies PLM to the consulting progress of power collaborative and design companies,designs the system structure,architecture,and the effectiveness has been proved by the implementation of this system.
