高速铁路道岔钢轨件下料长度误差分析及精度控制

摘要 文章分析了温度、拉力、测量状态等因素对钢卷尺测量精度的影响,并采用温度补偿原理,对客运专线道岔钢轨下料进行计算机控制。结果表明,钢卷尺测量不能满足客运专线道岔钢轨件的下料精度要求;采用计算机控制钢轨件下料,可大大提高道岔钢轨件下料精度,满足客专道岔钢轨件下料精度要求。 This paper analyzes the effect of temperature,tension,measuring state and other factors on the measuring peicision of steel tape,and controls the plate cutting of the turnout rail of the passenger special line through computers with the tempreture compensation mechanism.The result shows that the measuring with steel tape cannot meet the precision requirement of the plate cutting of the turnout rail of the passenger special line;and controling the plate cutting of the turnout rail with computer can significantly improve the precision of rail cutting to meet the precision requirement of rail cutting for passenger special line.
