在民办高校中,实施项目导向建设,包括建设项目导向型组织,实行项目导向的资源配置,培育创新型的员工队伍,塑造创新型文化,将会大大推动我国的创新型项目导向型社会的建设,推动高校教育教学改革,推动资源节约型社会的建设,推动培养创新型人才。
In the private universities,the implementation of the project-oriented includes constructing project-oriented organizations,implementing project-oriented resource allocation,molding innovative culture,all of these greatly promote our innovative project-oriented society construction and promotion of university education reform,promote the construction of resource-saving society,and promote training and innovative talents.
