本科金融专业人才培养模式初探

Brief discussion on professional training mode of undergraduate finance

文章结合福建师范大学福清分校的办学特点,在分析金融人才面临的国内、国际环境的基础上,探讨了如何通过培养目标、课程体系、教学方法等的改进,培养具有较强的市场经济意识和社会适应能力的应用型金融人才,并提出了我国本科金融专业人才培养的具体措施与建议。

Combined with school-running characteristics of the school Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University,on the basic of analysing the domestic and international environment financial professionals faced,this paper discussed on how to cultivate a strong sense of the market economy and social adaptability of applied financial professionals,through the improvement of training objectives,curriculum and teaching methods,and puts forward concrete measures and proposals in the process of talent training of our country＇s undergraduate finance professional.
