摘要
普光气田大湾构造主要采用水平井套管完井,其水平段大量采用高含硫级别的合金套管,完井成本相当高。为降低成本,有效保护产层,研究了底部水平段采用裸眼完井的可行性,比较了胶塞、水泥塞和机械塞等3种完井工艺,并分析了技术难点,提出对大湾构造开发井上部采用机械塞暂堵下高防硫级别套管完井、底部裸眼完井的技术对策,确定了完井方案,并给出了完井管柱、施工方法、关键完井工具及主要参数与制作要求,同时重点阐述了完井管柱的工艺特点,为国内高含硫超深油气藏开发提供了一种科学经济的完井方法。
The Dawan-structure of Puguang Oilfield mainly adopts the casing completion of horizontal well and its horizontal sections adopt high-sulfur alloy casings with high costs of completion.To reduce the costs and protect the production layer effectively,the feasibility of applying bare-hole completion to borehole horizontal sections was studied.The three completion technologies of rubber plug,cement plug and mechanical plug were compared,and the technical difficulties were analyzed.The technical solution of high sulfur-resistant casing completion and borehole bare-hole completion was formulated with the mechanical plug used on the upper part of the development well of the bight structure to conduct temporary plugging.The technical scheme was determined and the completion pipestring,operating method,key completion tools as well as their main parameters and manufacturing requirements were described.Meanwhile,the technical features of completion pipestring were expounded in great detail.A scientific and economical completion method was provided for domestic completion development of high-sulfur ultra-deep oil-gas reservoirs.
