基于ZigBee的氢冷发电机系统无线监测网络的设计

Design of wireless monitoring network based on ZigBee about hydrogen cooling generator system

以Flash型16位低功耗单片机MSP430F149为主控制器,采用射频芯片CC2500作为无线通信模块的核心器件,利用GPRS模块、标准的ZigBee无线网络协议和Internet技术,组建了集数据采集、报警、查询为一体的氢冷发电机无线监测系统.该系统能够对发电机内部的氢气纯度、氢气湿度、氢气泄漏进行监测,具有远程数据查询与监控功能.该系统能有效地提高氢冷发电机现场的安全性,并具有低功耗、低单位成本和组网灵活等优点,具有应用价值.

The wireless monitoring system,based on the low power Flash-type 16 bit single-chip microcontroller MSP430F149 that is main controller of the system,and the RF chip CC2500 that is main part of the wireless communication module,was designed to monitor the condition of the generator system with standard ZigBee wireless communication protocol.This system can monitor hydric purity,hydric humidity and the leak of the hydrogen for different generator site,provide the long-range inquiry and monitoring by the monitoring system which is composed of GPRS module,Internet and ZigBee and inquire data and alarm.The system can enhance the safety of the generator site efficiently and has some advantages：low power consumption,low cost,flexible networking features and high reliability,and has the application value.
