基于自适应混沌粒子群算法涡旋齿高测量的研究

摘要 基于展成法原理、使用高精度测长仪开发了涡旋齿高快速测量系统,并对其进行了实验测定.通过自适应混沌粒子群优化算法得到了涡旋体定位倾角误差,通过对倾角误差的补偿分离出测量定位误差.与三坐标测量机测量结果对比表明:两者测量结果基本一致,但快速测量系统涡旋齿高的测量时间从1047s减少到355s,在保证测量精度的前提下,测量效率明显提高.新开发的快速测量系统能直接用于加工现场的精密计量和加工倾角误差的在线补偿. A rapid measurement system of scroll height was developed based on generating method principle using high precision sensor of length.Radial error and circumferential error of measurement system were tested.The measurement reference slope error between scroll profile and measurement system was calculated by adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm.The reference error of measurement system was separated by compensation of slope error.Measurement results of scroll height comparing with those of coordinate measuring machine proved that measurement results of new rapid measurement system are similar to those of coordinate measuring machine.The total measurement time of scroll height is deceased from 1 047 s to 355 s.The measurement efficiency improved with satisfying measurement accuracy.The new developed rapid measurement system can be used for precision measuring and compensation of slope error on machining.
