摘要
利用激光瞄准光电高温计对同一坩埚的温度重复性和坩埚间的温度重复性进行试验,并绘制了标准坩埚、套坩埚的功率与温度曲线,标准坩埚和套坩埚常用功率的升温过程曲线。实验表明:同一标准坩埚在4.0 kW功率下重复加热5次,每次加热时间为50 s,坩埚内的温度不变,因此在铜的分析中重复使用坩埚是可行的;在相同的条件下对11只标准坩埚进行加热,测得坩埚温度的标准偏差远大于同一坩埚的温度标准偏差;加热功率从1.5 kW增加到4.0 kW时标准坩埚和套坩埚的温度基本相同,从4.0 kW增加到7.5 kW时标准坩埚的温度高于套坩埚;在4 kW功率下加热20 s两种坩埚的温度均升到2 100℃,其后在60 s内标准坩埚上升了50℃,温度波动了2.38%,而套坩埚温度基本无变化,说明套坩埚的温度稳定性好于标准坩埚。
The temperature repeatability of one crucible or between crucibles was investigated using laser collimation photoelectric pyrometer.The power-temperature curve of standard crucible and inner and outer crucibles(duplex crucible),and the temperature process curve of standard crucible and duplex crucible under common power were plotted.The results showed that,the temperature in one standard crucible was changeless when it was repeatedly heated under 4.0 kW for 5 times(50 s for each time).Therefore,the repeated use of the crucible in the analysis of copper was feasible.Eleven standard crucibles were heated under the same condition,and the measured standard deviation of temperature was much higher than that of one crucible.When the heating power increased from 1.5 kW to 4.0 kW,the temperature of standard crucible and duplex crucible was basically same.When the heating power increased from 4.0 kW to 7.5 kW,the temperature of standard crucible was higher than that of duplex crucible.If heated under 4 kW for 20 s,both the temperature of two kinds of crucible increased to 2100 ℃.Then,the temperature of standard crucible increased by 50 ℃ within 60 s.In other words,the temperature of standard crucible changed by 2.38 %.However,the temperature of duplex crucible was basically changeless,indicating that the temperature stability of duplex crucible was better than that of standard crucible.
