摘要
在pH 9.25四硼酸钠体系中Cu(Ⅱ)与丁二酮肟产生一灵敏的络合吸附极谱波,峰电位在-0.47V(vs.SCE)。峰电位与铜浓度在0~0.5mg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好。测定人发中铜其相对标准偏差小于3.5%,回收率在97%~102%之间。
It is found that in a borate buffer medium of pH 9. 25, the complex of Cu(Ⅱ) and dimethylgly-oxime gives a sensitive adsorptive wave. Its peak potential is ?. 47V(vs. SCE). There is a good linearity between the peak current and concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) over the range 0~0. 5mg ?L^(-1). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of copper in human hair with a recoverty of 97%~102% and a standard deviation smaller than 3. 5%.
