我国新能源产业发展存在的问题及其对策研究

The Existed Question and its Countermeasure in the Development of the New Energy Industry in China

在全球变暖碳排放空间受限和传统石化能源不断稀缺的背景下,我国不断推出发展新能源的政策措施,新能源产业得到巨大发展。但在快速发展的背后,新能源产业的发展也面临着不少的问题。为此,要制定科学的产业发展规划,完善相关配套产业政策及实施细则,加快配套技术标准体系建设,积极开展国际交流与合作,加强产业基础性研究和技术开发等,以期更好地发展新能源产业。

Under the background of limited carbon emissions space in global warming and traditional petrochemical energy,the policies and measures were incessantly put forward to develop new energies and the new energy industries were greatly developed.Under the back of the fast development,the new energy industry were faced many problems.Hence,it must draw up the scientific plan of industrial development,perfect related complemented industrial policy and its executive regulation,speed up the construction of complemented technical standard system,carry out the international communication and cooperation positively,and strengthen the industrial basic research and the technology development and so on to develop the new energy industry better.
