摘要
通过萃取剂种类及剂量的选择、滤液pH值及酸化时间调整、蒸馏浓缩物中杂质除去条件、蒸馏过程中温度控制的研究,确定了烤烟浸膏提取的新工艺,使浸膏产出率由原来的30%～40%增加到50%～60%,生产周期由原来的20 h缩短到10 h,提高了浸膏质量,减少了酒精用量。
The selection of the type and dosage in extracting agent,adjustment of filtrates the pH value and the acidification time,condition of the impurity except in the distillation concentrate,the temperature control of the distillation process was studied.The results showed that the new technology for the flue-cured tobacco condensate the extraction was determined,the output ratio of extract from original 30%～40% increase to 50%～60%,the production cycle from original 20 h reduces to 10 h,the extracted quality was improved,reduced the alcohol amount were decreased.
