摘要
针对国内海上软管铺设滚筒驱动装置的研究现状,设计一种新型的软管滚筒液压驱动装置。该装置使用液压马达驱动滚筒,带有一定扭矩进行顺时针和逆时针旋转,即带一定张力进行软管的施放和回收。利用Matlab Simscape建立液压系统数学模型,进行系统性能仿真分析。仿真结果表明该滚筒驱动装置在软管施放和回收工作状态下滚筒转动平稳,能够满足海上软管铺设要求。
According to present research status on domestic pipe storage reel driven system for offshore flexible pipe laying,a new kind of hydraulic powered reel system which laying offshore flexible pipe was designed.The reel driven by hydraulic motors could be clockwise and counterclockwise rotated with a certain torque,namely flexible pipe was tensioned in the laying and reclaiming pipe operation.Using MATLAB Simscape software,the mathematical model of the hydraulic system was set up and the system simulation was carried out.The simulation results indicate that the reel driven system has good performance of driving reel in laying and reclaiming pipe operation,and meets the requirement of laying offshore flexible pipe.
