摘要 针对微细铣削不同于常规铣削的特点,通过实验分析瞬时刀具受力情况。分别改变切削深度、切削宽度、主轴转速、每齿进给量,通过实验分析铣削力在x、y、z3个方向的分量,并根据实验数据利用MATLAB对瞬时铣削力进行预测。对微细铣削加工的协调问题进行深入分析与综合研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 Instantaneous force of the tool was analyzed through experimentation aimed at the difference between micro end milling and macro end milling.Changing cutting depth,cutting width,spindle speed,feed per tooth,the x,y and z direction components of milling forces were analyzed by experiment.In accordance with the experimental data,the transient milling forces were forecasted using MATLAB.Deep analysis and systematic study on coordination in micro end milling has great significance in theory and practice.
