摘要
为了提高往复走丝线切割机床的加工精度,减小线切割机床电极丝的振动,建立电极丝的受激振动模型,分析电极丝的振动型态和振动原因,结果表明电极丝的受激位置对电极丝振动产生影响。通过对有无工件作用时电极丝模态振型的对比,得出电极丝的跨度和张力的改变可改变电极丝原有的模态振型的结论。由于强烈的共振会严重影响电极丝使用寿命,所以需要增大张力、减小导轮跨距以避开导轮、丝筒、丝架及电动机的频率以防止出现共振。
In order to improve machining accuracy of reciprocating WEDM and to reduce the vibration of wire electrode,the wire electrode induced vibration model was established.The vibration patterns and reasons of the wire electrode were analyzed.The result shows that vibration of the electrode wire is influenced by the stimulated location of the wire electrode.Through the comparison of vibration model whether or not the acting on WEDM with work-piece,the result,the original model shapes of wire electrode are able to be changed by changes in the span of the wire electrode and tension,is obtained.As a result of a strong resonance,the service life of wire electrode is seriously affected,so it is necessary to increase the tension and to reduce the span to keep away from the guide pulley,wire cylinders,wire frame and motor frequency so as to prevent resonance.
