探析法律语言规范化问题的研究手段——兼论Wiki技术在该研究领域中的应用

Means for Researching the Standardization of legal Speech——Concurrently discussing the application of Wiki technology to the field of research

法律语言规范化问题现已成为立法部门与行为法学界关注的焦点,其研究手段更加关注能否有效开展。然而法律语言规范化研究是个技术性很强的工作,因此研究法律语言的规范化问题,必须具备现代化的研究手段和技术平台。通过分析法律语言规范化问题研究手段的既有进路的基础上,探索将Wiki技术应用于法律语言规范化问题的研究,进而分析建构Wiki法律语料库的可行性。

Legal speech standardization has become the focus of attention from the legislative branch and the circle of behavioral jurisprudence.The research means concerns more about whether it is possible to carry out effective researches.But the standardization of legal speech is a piece of technical work.So the standardization of legal speech should be carried out with modern research methods and technology.Based on the analysis of the legal speech research methods,the paper discusses the application of Wiki technology to the research on the standardization of legal speech and goes on to analyze the feasibility of constructing a Wiki legal corpora.
