摘要 体能训练的根本任务就是要在运动训练中运用各种有效的方法和手段,促进健康,预防伤病,使运动员各器官系统机能水平和身体形态得到全面提高,运动和心理素质等方面得到全面发展,掌握大量动作技能,为掌握、改进、提高专项运动技术、运动表现和专项成绩创造条件,并延长运动员的运动寿命。 Without training,there will be no improvement in competitive ability;without recovery,there will be no sustainable improvement in competitive ability.Modern physical training attaches a great deal of importance to post-exercise relaxation and recovery;the model of 'Training+Recovery=Sucess' has already become a long-tested truth in competitive sports.The importance of recovery in exercise training is well known,but how to put it into practice is crucial.Some simple but practical self-recovery methods are introduced in this essay.Through these methods,athletes can realize recovery without the intervention of coach or team physician.
