含二茂铁光电探针的合成及与葫芦脲的包络研究 被引量:1

摘要 合成了一种光电双功能探针(Fc-C≡C-Ph-Bipyridine),采用紫外光谱和电化学的方法对葫芦脲CB[7]和二茂铁衍生物的包络行为进行了研究,并计算了包络比和包络常数。研究结果表明,二茂铁衍生物与CB[7]形成了稳定的包络物,包络比为1∶1,包络常数达4.8(±1.8)×105L.mol-1,实验得到的光谱学结果有力地支持了电化学结果。 A dual-function optical probe was synthesized in this work.The host-guest association behavior between CB [7] and Fc-C≡C-Ph-Bipyridine was studied by UV spectra and cyclic voltammetry.The ratios of the complex and the association constant were calculated.The results showed that a stable inclusion complex was formed between CB [7] and Fc-C≡C-Ph-Bipyridine,with the 1∶1 molar ratio of the inclusion complex,and the association constant reached 4.8(±1.8)×105 L·mol-1.The spectroscopic results were also strongly supported by those from the electrochemical experiments.
