咪唑基手性硫醚衍生物的合成与表征

摘要 Using natural and commercially available L-Phenylalanine as starting material,three chiral thioethers containing imidazole ring were synthesized by condensation reaction,esterification,reduction,chlorination and subsequent substitution by thiols.The unreported products were characterized by IR,ESI MS and NMR.
