摘要
用非醇盐溶胶-凝胶法制备了含稀土Li3VO4基锂离子导体材料,应用交流阻抗谱技术测定了样品的离子电导。实验表明:稀土氧化物的加入在一定程度上改变了Li3VO4的电导率,讨论了这种影响的机理。
Lithium ionically conducting Li 3VO 4-RE 2O 3 samples have been prepared by the Sol-Gel method.Ionic conductivity has been determined by means of AC impedance technique.The experimental results shows that addition of RE 2O 3 changes the conductivity of host Li 3VO 4 in certain extent.The mechanism of ionic migration has been discussed in this paper.
