摘要
目的合成一种与醚键相连含自由羧基的荧光素-卟啉二元化合物并研究其体外清除活性氧自由基。方法以元素分析、UV-Vis、IR、1H-NMR和ESI-MS对目标物质进行表征;用分光光度法测定荧光素-卟啉化合物体外清除活性氧自由基的性质。结果合成产物为目标荧光素-卟啉二元化合物,该化合物可有效清除活性氧自由基。结论带活性官能团的荧光素-卟啉化合物可能是一种良好的自由基清除剂。
Objective To Synthesis of a porphrin-fluorescein hybrid,and study its scavenging effects on active oxygen species in vitro. Methods Porphrin-fluorescein Hybrid was characterized by UV/Vis,IR,1H-NMR,ESI-MS and elemental analysis.Its scavenging effects on active oxygen species was investigated by the means of spectrophotometry.Results A fluorescein-porphyrin hybrid has been synthesized and characterized.Porphyrin fluorescein hybrid could scavenge active oxygen free radical efficiently.Conclusion The porphyrin fluorescein hybrid is a good free radical scavenger agent in vitro.
