摘要
本文分别在－５５℃、２５℃及１２５℃下对稀土含量为０～１．５％的Ｓｎ－Ｐｂ－ＲＥ系列钎料的拉伸性能进行了研究，结果表明，不同温度下，稀土的加入均可使钎料的拉伸强度提高，且稀土含量增加，提高程度增加。同时，本文还对稀土的作用行为进行了初步讨论。
An experimental study on tensile strength of Sn Pb solder with 0～1 5% RE at -55℃,25℃ and 125℃ shows that being independent of temperature,the addition of RE improves the tensile strength of solder and with the increase of RE content,the improvement degree raises.Besides,the effect mechanism of RE has been discussed in this paper.
