玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的疗效比较 被引量:13

摘要 目的比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的疗效。方法选取要求牙残冠残根修复患者56例,残根残冠80颗。均在完善的根管治疗后,采用铸造桩核修复28例38颗牙,采用纤维桩核修复28例42颗牙,均行烤瓷全冠修复。结果经过6~18个月随访,其中纤维桩核组修复后出现桩折1颗,桩核脱落1颗,成功率为95.24%;金属铸造桩核组出现根折2颗,桩核脱落3颗,出现根尖炎症1颗,成功率为84.21%。两组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩核加全冠修复牙体缺损比铸造金属桩核具有更好的疗效。
