摘要 扼要讨论了LNG工厂中原料天然气预处理工艺的技术路线与净化度指标。指出:当原料气中H2S、CO2和有机硫化合物三者的含量均相当高时,砜胺Ⅱ型溶剂无疑是首选的工艺,但实现串级流程则尚缺乏工业经验。当原料气中上述三者的含量不是很高时,醇胺法及"1+1"工艺也可以考虑采用。这两条技术路线的取舍,应根据原料气组成、净化度要求和具体工况条件,通过详尽的技术经济比较才能确定。 Discussed are feed gas pretreatment technology and purification index in LNG plant shortly and concisely and it is pointed out that Sulfinol-D is the preferred process if the concentration of H2S,CO2 and organic sulfur compounds in feed gas is very high.However,there is lack of industrial experience in cascade process.If the concentration of H2S,CO2 and organic sulfur compounds in feed gas is not very high,MDEA and '1+1' technique may be adopted.Pretreatment technology shall be selected according to feed gas composition,purification index and operation conditions on site.
