摘要
哈达山水利枢纽工程干渠采用聚氨酯保温板作为渠道衬砌的防冻材料。由于该干渠地处严寒地区,渠床多为强冻胀土,渠道沿线地下水位高,冻胀问题非常突出。为了确保输水干渠衬砌设计的科学、可行,以及输水干渠的长期安全运行,对此进行了渠道衬砌防冻胀试验。通过对不同厚度的保温板减少冻胀破坏的效果进行研究,可以有效地减少冻胀作用对渠道刚性衬砌材料的破坏,确保衬砌的稳定,保证渠道运行安全。说明采用聚氨酯保温板防冻方法技术可靠,经济合理,可以在水利工程中进一步推广应用。
The polyurethane thermal insulation plate is taken as frost resistant material of canal lining in main canal of Hadashan hydro-junction project.The canal is located at severe cold area,most of canal bed soil is strong frost heaving soil and the ground water level along canal is high,therefore the problem of frost heave is serious.The frost heaving test of canal lining is used to ensure scientificity and feasibility of lining design and security of canal operation for long period.Through study on reducing destroy effect of frost heaving by using the thermal insulation plate with different thickness,it could effectively reduce the damage of frost heave to rigid lining material of canal,ensure the stability of lining and the safe operation of canal.Frost prevention method taking polyurethane thermal insulation plate is reliable,economical and reasonable and could be widely used in hydro project.
