摘要
用于红曲色素生产的降膜式蒸发器不同于用于一般水溶液生产的蒸发器,因其浸提液为酒精,酒精完成浸提后需要把其蒸发、冷凝、回收并储备以备再利用。这种蒸发器的特点是蒸发比较容易进行,冷凝却比较困难。酒精沸点温度较低,易挥发,提高酒精回收得率是关键。本文仅以SNJM01-1000型降膜式蒸发器在红曲色素生产中的应用为例阐述其设计过程。
The falling film evaporator used in monascus production is different from the evaporators which were used in ordinary aqueous solution production.Its character is easy to evaporate but hard to condensing.The boiling point of alcohol is low,and easy to volatilize,it is key to promote alcohol recovery.This article discussed the design of falling film evaporator SNJM01-1000.
