摘要
本文回顾了世界柑橘的起源与演变历史、生产与贸易现状、主要加工产品发展现状,分析了主要柑橘生产与加工大国加工产业发展的历史与现状,提出了美国与巴西等柑橘生产与加工大国正在走下坡路,产业正在逐步萎缩,而中国将迎来柑橘加工产业快速发展机遇的发展趋势。
The origin and evolution of world citrus,and the current status of their plantation,trade of fresh market and main process products were reviewed in this article.The history and current status of process industry in main countries were analyzed.The development trend is forwarded that citrus production and processing in USA and Brazil are going down with their withering industry,while China is meeting the rapid development opportunity in citrus process industry.
