In innovation networks,enterprise innovation networks＇ circulation is influenced by enterprises＇ resources,ability of absorption,and technology gap between enterprises and so on.Factors influencing the circulation of innovation networks were analyzed.The effect of the circulation of innovation networks between Anhui and Jiangsu enterprises was compared and contrasted by combining with scenario analysis.
