随着危机事件频频发生,危机管理体系的建设越来越引起各国的重视。俄罗斯政府十分重视公共危机管理机制的建设,在应对各种危机的过程中,逐步建立和完善了俄罗斯的危机管理机制。本文通过对俄罗斯危机管理体制的分析,为我国建立完善的危机管理体系提供建设经验。

With the frequent occurrence of crises,the construction of crisis management system has drawn increasing attention from various countries.The Russian government attaches great importance to the construction of public crisis management mechanism.In the process of facing the various crises,Russia＇s crisis management mechanism is gradually established and improved.Based on the analysis of crisis management mechanism in Russia,building experience for China is offered to establish and improve the crisis management system.
