摘要
采用心理症状自评量表(SCL-90),通过问卷调查法对南京工业大学不同年级、不同专业的大学生心理健康水平和体育锻炼状况进行了测量分析。结果显示经常参加体育锻炼的学生和不经常参加体育锻炼学生的心理健康水平存在显著性差异;不同生源之间存在着显著性差异;参加不同锻炼项目的学生心理健康水平无显著性差异。因此,大学体育教育应注意培养学生的体育锻炼意识,使学生养成良好的体育锻炼习惯,以提高大学生身心健康水平。
The authors of this paper carried out a survey on measuring and analyzing the psychological health and physical activities of students from different grades and majors at the Nanjing University of Technology.The measurement were the self-report symptom inventory,symptom checklist,90(SCL-90) and a questionnaire.The results showed that there was a significant difference of mental health between students participating in physical activities regularly and students not participating in the physical activities often.And the same was the students from different areas.Moreover,there was no significant difference of the mental health of students participating in various training projects.Therefore,the Physical Education teachers at University should pay attention to the cultivation of students' awareness of physical exercises and help students form good habits of physical exercises for improving their physical and mental health.
