摘要
电力系统频率是电力系统运行参数中最重要的参数之一,对系统频率控制的分析与研究是电力系统安全运行中一个不可忽视的环节。本文介绍了电力系统频率控制的基本概念及其特性,结合青海电网实际运行特性分析了影响青海电网频率的各种因素,在此基础上提出了青海电网频率控制策略。
Frequency is one of the most important parameters in power system.The analysis and research of system frequency is essential to the security of power system.The base concept and characters of power system frequency control are presented in this paper.Different factors effecting the frequency of Qinghai power grid are analyzed according to the practical situation,and the frequency control strategy is put forward.
