摘要
目的:考察蓝萼香茶菜中蓝萼甲素提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法优选甲醇回流提取时间、提取次数、固/液比;采用HPLC测定蓝萼甲素含质量。结果:蓝萼香茶菜甲醇提取的最佳工艺条件为(A2B2C3),即提取时间为1.5h,回流提取2次,固/液比为1:15时,测得的蓝萼甲素含质量最高。结论:该法提取与测定蓝萼甲素含质量准确,数据可靠,适用于蓝萼香茶菜中蓝萼甲素含质量测定。
Objective:To study the extraction technique of glaucocalyxin A in Rabdosia japonica var.Glaucocalyx.Methords:Using L9(34) orthogonal experiment to optimize methanol reflux extraction time,extraction times,and solid/liquid ratio,the content of glaucocalyxin A was determined by HPLC.Results:The conditions under which the extraction process was optimized is A2B2C3,each 1.5 hours,reflux extraction twice,S/L amount 1:15;the content of glaucocalyxin A was the highest.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for determining the content of glaucocalyxin A in Rabdosia japonica var.glaucocalyx.
