精神科请综合科会诊分析

General consulation for patients in psychiatric hospital

目的探讨精神科住院患者综合科会诊的临床特点。方法对我院2006年1月1日～2010年9月30日期间申请综合科会诊的350例精神科住院患者邀请会诊科别、申请会诊原因、综合科会诊的诊断、精神科医生与会诊医生对躯体疾病诊断的一致性、精神科对器质性精神障碍的误诊情况及处理情况进行分析。结果总会诊率为2.46%,邀请会诊科室以内科最多(65.71%),其中又以神经内科、心血管内科、消化内科较多。会诊疾病的构成以神经内科、心血管内科、传染科居多,转科治疗者48例(13.71%)。结论综合科医师协助精神科处理躯体疾病十分必要,精神科医师也应加强综合科知识的学习,满足临床工作的需要。

Objective To explore the characteristics of general department consulation for patients in psychiatric hospital. Methods Total of 350 inpatients in lvbiao hospital with general department consullation were enrolled from Jan 1, 2006 to Sept 30, 2010. Analysis was performed about category of consulation departmet, eonsulation reason, consulation diagnosis, the diagnostic consistency of physical diseases between psychiatric doctors and consulation doctors, misdiagnosis of organic mental disorders by psychiatric doctors. Results The consulation rate of inpatients in psychiatric hospital was 2.46%. Medical department （65.71% ）, especially department of neurology, cardiovascular department and digestive department were the most common consulation departmet. The component of consulation mainly consisted of neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases and contagious diseases. 48 patients （13.71%） were transferred to other department for treatment. Conclusion It is necessary to seek assistance from general doctors when treating physical diseases in psychiatric patients. Doctors in psychiatric department should strength their general knowledge to meet the clinical need.
