Genetic therapy for ischemic cerebral vascular disease

摘要 目前脑血管疾病基因治疗研究的热点主要集中在通过转基因防止血栓形成,减轻脑缺血急性期的氧化应激、细胞凋亡、炎症反应等原因造成的神经元损害,以及修复脑血管损伤、促进血管生成改善脑组织供血。本文针对近年来对以上几点的研究进行简要综述。 Nowadays hotspots of gene therapy for cerebral vascular disease mainly focused on using gene transfer to avoid thrombosis, alleviate neuronal ischemic injury caused by oxidation stress, cell apoptosis , inflammatory response in the acute phase of isebemia and to repair cerebral vascular injury,promote angiogenesis and improve brain tissue blood supply. This article presents a brief review surveying some research on subjects mentioned above in recent years.
