牵引配合超短波治疗腰椎间盘源性腰腿痛的临床研究

A clinical study on lumbar discogenic pain treated with traction combining with ultrashort wave

目的探讨牵引配合超短波对腰椎间盘突出症导致的腰腿痛的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法按纳入标准将80例腰椎间盘源性腰腿痛患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用腰椎牵引,试验组在此基础上增加超短波疗法。治疗前及疗程结束后分别进行疼痛、腰椎功能评估,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者疼痛及腰椎功能较治疗前都有改善;但试验组的疗效优于对照组。结论牵引配合超短波疗法能有效缓解腰椎间盘源性腰腿痛,改善腰椎功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traction and ultrashort wave on low back pain caused by lumbar disc herniation and to probe into the mechanism. Methods 80 patients chosen by adoption standards and diagnosed with lumbar discogenic pain were randomly divided into two groups （ trail group 40 cases and control group 40 cases）. Patients in the control group were treated with traction, while patients in the trail group were treated with traction combining with ultrashort wave. The pain and lumbar vertebral function were evaluated separately before and after treatment, the clinical effect of two group were compared. Results Compared with pro - treatment, the pain was relieved and the lumbar vertebral function was improved either control group or trail group, but the clinical effect of trail group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Traction combining with ultrashort wave therapy could relieve the lumbar discogenic pain and improve the lumbar vertebral function more effectively, and improve the curative effect.
